Need To Know

Philosophy:  Our philosophy is simple... all children can learn and they do it in different ways.  We are here to support all students to excel beyond their current levels, to show them that doing hard things is worthwhile, that they are awesome, and can get better at anything if they make that choice.  We help them get there!

Who we are:  We are educational partners.  This is an important distinction!  As a teacher, I know very, very well how hard teachers work for our kids.  I know how hard schools work to develop strong leaders, high achievers and academically ready students.  We are not here to interfere with any of this.  We are here in partnership with schools, parents and teachers to grow kids even further.  Since pandemic, millions of students are 2 or even 3 years behind where they should be.  No program can make up those skills, academic, social and emotional, alone.  We are another way, a supplement, another expert who can make a difference.  For specifics about our expertise, see our "About Us" page.

Who we serve:  We serve ALL kids, those with learning disabilities, gifted and talented, hard workers, kids who need motivation and organization.  We serve them all with love, kindness, patience, using "warm demander" techniques.  We work to delete "learned helplessness" which stifles so many kids so very early.  We reward hard work, trying, thinking, helping others, and persistence by helping kids see that doing hard things, whatever that is for them, is the only way to win, grow, get stronger, feel better about themselves and where and who they are in the world.
