Painting & Drawing - Half Day

Unit price perIn this class we will learn different techniques of painting and drawing. We will learn what types of paint to use to create different pieces as well as what levels of graphite to use to achieve various styles of drawings. We will work with recreating objects realistically and abstractly using color theory. Students will be able to work alone or with another student to expand their knowledge and skills.
WHEN: This morning STEAM camp (8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.) will be held on June 8-12th and July 13-17 and is for ages 8 and up, Monday through Friday. All sessions have a take-home product from their week with us!
Cost: $190 / week for a 1/2 day. The afternoon class is Nature's Medicine if you'd like to sign up for a full day for $360 (see Full Day Summer STEAM Camps found HERE). If the cost of this class is a barrier, scholarship funds are available for low-income families. Please contact us for details.
Refunds: As we only offer 12 students per camp, we cannot offer a refund once you sign up and pay. Your payment secures your spot, which is completely reserved for you. You can, however, transfer to a different camp if there is a spot open.
